OUR VISION
Industry Property Management was established in August of 2014.
Prior to its establishment, I was employed as a property manager dating back to the year 2000 working in all facets of real estate management with properties varying in sizes from 20 to 450 units.
Working for many of the larger management companies, it has always been my personal experience that smaller accounts with only a few units have always been neglected, always leaving the customers unsatisfied with the service provided.
Industry Property Management was created to fill this gap. We are a boutique management company that caters to the investor-owned and/or absent landlords, providing full-service management with personal attention to each of our accounts. Our company consists of a team which includes me, my assistants, and our in house maintenance crew providing superintendent, porter, and handyman services.
All properties are managed with my personal attention with some assistance from my back office and team when necessary.
